The global network structure of our company requires tolerance and openness towards cultural influences from different regions of the world in which ERCO is active. Local employees at each site allow us to provide an individual and appropriate service. Cooperation and communication among employees worldwide is a given in our daily business. International employees are given the opportunity to get to know the company and their contacts at the Lüdenscheid site. All this leads to an attitude which allows us to view work and thought processes from different angles.
Employing some 770 people, ERCO is one of the prime employers in Lüdenscheid. This is added by a network of around 350 employees in our sales subsidiaries located in more than 60 countries worldwide. The resulting characteristic combination of internationality and manageable size makes ERCO as a dynamic "micro corporation" with the short routes of a medium-sized company.
