DALI luminaires from other manufacturers with uncoded control gears are initially shown as separate addresses in the Light Studio software. Using the Client Editor, a tool available in the Light Book module, they can edited, combined into Light Clients, and coded. This is possible for individual DALI luminaires and for conventional luminaires or complex installations controlled by DALI actuators or dimmers, such as DALI-controlled luminous RGB ceilings. Once coded, Light Studio automatically shows the appropriate control gears and makes additional user-friendly functions available, including the assignment of a name and description.
