Lightcast recessed luminaires are completely subordinate to the light they emit. They are so fully integrated in the ceiling that they hardly register as a design feature. The most important factor determining the effect created by space and objects is the play of light on surfaces. Light emitted by downlights can vary from very narrow beams to diffuse wall illumination. The Lightcast downlights have cast aluminium housings which are designed to provide optimum thermal properties according to their respective technical requirements.
