To ensure consistent colour, each colour compensated ERCO luminaire is individually measured and adjusted, using a computerbased measuring instrument to measure the luminous flux and the dominant wavelength of each of the luminaire's RGB channels and compares the measured values with the prescribed values. The software then calculates the compensation factors from these figures and permanently stores the result in the control gear. At certain production cycles, the set values are adjusted to keep them in line with technological progress. The resultant product versions are recorded on the luminaire's type label and can be resupplied or remanufactured by ERCO if a replacement is necessary.
The saturation diagram (above) shows the mixed colours as wavelength with the respective saturation given as a percentage.
The luminous flux diagram (right) indicates the luminous flux of the LED module with respect to the wavelength.
