The floor washlights are designed to provide safe lighting for traffic routes such as corridors and hallways or stairs. The reflector system produces a wide beam light distribution with a soft progression of the luminance gradient. Passers-by receive optimal orientation by way of the illuminated surface and the discreet luminance of the satin-matt outer reflector. The reflector has a scratch-proof coating which ensures a lasting, high-quality appearance even in public areas. The safety glass in front of the inner reflector prevents the ingress of dust, thereby improving the luminaires maintenance factor. The floor washlights with mounting frame for double-sided use can be mounted both with an overlapping recessed edge and flush with the wall.

In LED technology, the floor washlights are highly energy-efficient with a long life that makes them effectively maintenance-free.

To cater for different styles of architecture, the floor washlight is available in two versions - square and round.

Visual comfort
Shielding the LEDs results in good visual comfort. The orientation of passers-by is aided by the illuminated floor surface and by the discreet luminance of the satin matt reflector.

Mounting

The floor washlights have a reversible mounting frame for two different mounting options. This allows the floor washlight to be mounted in the usual fashion with the mounting frame overlapping the wall edge and hiding any irregularities in the wall cutout.

Invert the mounting frame to reveal the other option of a flush wall trim detail that allows the frame to be plastered flush into gypsum plasterboard walls. The position of the angle brackets can be adjusted to suit all common plasterboard thicknesses. This option of mounting recessed luminaires allows a fine, architecturally aesthetic installation.
