ERCO
For Trion ceiling washlights for uniform ceiling illumination, QT32 tungsten halogen lamps up to 250W, double-ended QTDE12 tungsten halogen lamps up to 500W, or metal halide lamps up to 150W are to be used. Two cut-off shields provide variable control on the main axis of the luminaire, these can be freely adjusted.

Application
Indirect, asymmetrical light distribution for uniform ceiling illumination, with adjustable beam for adaptation to the room geometry, for illumination of ceilings in historical buildings, churches, theatres and museums.

Uplights
ERCO
Trion uplights are designed for optimum efficiency and light distribution. QT12 low-voltage halogen lamps of up to 50W/12V are to be used in the smaller sized housing. The electronic transformer is housed on the wall plate. This uplight has an additional cut-off shield to prevent spill light on the wall. In the medium and larger sized housings, QT32 tungsten halogen lamps up to 230W or QT-DE12 double-ended tungsten halogen lamps up to 500W are to be used. Some versions are fitted with a cut-off shield to prevent spill light on the wall. Double-ended HIT-DE metal halide lamps up to 250W are to be used in the largest luminaire housing. The necessary control gear or electronic components are housed on the wall plate. Compact fluorescent lamps are to be used in the largest of the triangular housings. TC-T lamps up to 42W are used. Both low-loss control gear and electronic control gear are used. Trion uplights for T16 fluorescent lamps rectangular in cross-section, are made of aluminium profile and powder-coated white. The luminaires available in lengths up to approx. 1.2m. T16 lamps up to 54W are to be used. T16 lamps generally have electronic control gear.
