Lightmark Bollard luminaires
Special features of
the Lightmark bollard luminaires include asymmetrical light distribution and
effective anti-glare protection. The Dark Sky technology maximises visual comfort and prevents light from being emitted above the horizontal. Depending on the version, Lightmark bollard luminaires produce a wide beam of light which is ideal for lighting pathways, or a beam that penetrates deep into an area, which is effective in illuminating open spaces such as public squares or terraces. The Lightmark façade floodlights are suitable for uniform illumination of exterior façades.

Dark Sky technology
Dark Sky technology ensures that light is only directed where it is intended - in the interest of both people and the environment.
Luminaires suitable for Dark Sky applications feature precise light control and a defined cut-off for optimum visual comfort. Emitting no light above the horizontal plane is a definitive criterion for outdoor luminaires. Low nighttime light aperture brightness avoids excessive outdoor luminance contrasts. Dark Sky requires an effective design concept with a complementary luminaire technology. Careful selection, installation and aiming of the luminaires provide the basis for an effective "Dark Sky" design.
Reflector technology
Pathway lightingIn pathway luminaires, the lamp is hidden from the direct view of observers from all positions resulting in good visual comfort. The spread lens extends the beam so that paths can be uniformly lit along their length (left).
Open area lightingIn contrast to the pathway luminaire with its wide light distribution, the open area luminaire projects light far forward into the room using a sculpture lens. The lamp is shielded by a suspended anti-dazzle element (below right).
Facade washingFacade washers produce a wide and very uniform illumination of vertical surfaces due to their asymmetric reflector. All luminaires feature robust cast aluminium housings and are rated to IP65.
