Panorama Bollard luminaires
The cylindrical Panorama bollard luminaires with Dark Sky technology are used to illuminate open areas with particularly high visual comfort. Their innovative lighting technology combines the highest precision and efficiency in a surprisingly small luminaire. The system, with the parabolic and cone reflectors, emits light throughout a full 360° up to 6m deep over the area to be illuminated. In this way, the Dark Sky technology shields pedestrians and drivers superbly from glare and avoids spill light emitted above the horizontal. The concealed light source of Panorama bollard luminaires is merely revealed by the almost magical shimmering of the light aperture.

Panorama Pollerleuchten Dark Sky Technik
Dark Sky technology ensures that the light is only projected where it is supposed to go - in the interest of both the environment and people. Dark Sky compatible luminaires such as the Panorama bollards have a precise light guidance system and a defined cut-off angle for optimum visual comfort. A crucial consideration for outdoor luminaires is to ensure that no light is emitted above the horizontal plane. Low luminance of the cover glass avoids excessive luminance contrasts in the outdoor area at night.
The 900mm high Panorama bollard luminaire is particularly suitable for the illumination of wide areas. A beam diameter of up to 12m with an outer illuminance of 0.5lx makes it a powerful tool for outdoor lighting.
The lower, 450mm version of the Panorama bollard luminaire is intended for applications where a smaller area is to be illuminated and the luminaire is to be less conspicuous as in green spaces.
Reflector technology
The lens system of Panorama bollard luminaires excels with a very wide, circular light distribution. The gentle gradient of the beam and the low luminance of the cover glass facilitate the perception of the environment by avoiding drastic contrasts which take time for the eye to adapt.
