The small version of the Cylinder facade luminaire is only for a coolbeam lamp 35W/12V emitting light directly downwards. The mediumsized luminaire is suitable for direct or indirect emitted light. Designed either for two 50W/12V coolbeam lamps or a low-voltage halogen capsule lamp and a 20W metal halide lamp. The large version is only for metal halide lamps, up to 70W. The integral electronic control gear unit are mounted on the wall plate. A special feature of all Cylinder facade luminaires for capsule low-voltage or highintensity discharge lamps is the use of the 3level adjustable Variolens. This allows three clearly defined upper light beam angles to be set. The downwards light emission is normally wide and not affected by the selected lens position. A Darklight reflector limits the cut-off angle to 30° below the horizontal plane. For lamp replacement, the lower cover ring with protective glass and reflector are removed by releasing the securing screw.
