As Lightmark bollard luminaires have set standards in the lighting of paths and open areas, so too have Lightmark facade luminaires. These have similar technical and formal features creating new possibilities for the after-dark accent lighting of architecture.
Through an innovative reflector-lens system, Lightmark facade luminaires set relatively close to a facade can illuminate an extremely large facade area above the luminaire. This produces an attractive grazing light effect , both above and below the luminaire if it has double-sided light apertures. Provided it is mounted accurately, spill light can be prevented from being emitted into the night sky.
The direct emission from the lamp is totally shielded, which guarantees high visual comfort for occupants and users, particularly relevant in the case of the double-sided luminaires.
For the luminaires with single-sided light emission an additional, frame-shaped bracket is available which improves yet further the uniformity of the light distribution, resulting in even wider spacing being possible. Lamp options are tungsten halogen lamps and metal halide lamps. With the simple shape of their IP65 cuboid-shaped housing and their multilayer powder-coated surfaces, Lightmark facade luminaires create neutral, high-quality architectural details.
