Beamer Projectors, floodlights
Beamer projectors and floodlights, with their rotationally or axially symmetrical light intensity distribution, are suitable for a wide range of lighting tasks such as accent lighting on landscaping or floodlighting of façades. Even over great distances, the lighting technology of the Beamer projectors produces an even, soft edged beam of light. The front section is designed as a snoot and ensures optimal anti-glare protection. The oval light distribution of the Beamer floodlights allows the luminaire to be placed closer to objects. They are therefore particularly suitable for efficient lighting of façade surfaces as well as trees.

The quality of the optical systems greatly affects the overall efficiency of an LED luminaire. To produce directed light, as occurs in spotlights, ERCO develops their optical projection systems in-house. A collimating lens, as a secondary lens, is the interface between the LED lens on the printed circuit board and the exchangeable Spherolit lenses acting as tertiary lenses. The collimating lens directs the light of the LEDs into a parallel beam in order that the required light distribution can then be formed by a tertiary lens. The principle of total internal reflection in the collimating lens contributes to the high efficiency of the optical system. Decades of experience in injection-moulded polymers ensure the highest quality levels from our in-house production plant.
Neutral white and warm white
Binnings

ERCO offers LED luminaires in neutral white or warm white . This allows lighting designers to select the color of light to suit the material colors and spatial atmosphere or to create cold-warm contrasts.

The LED manufacturing process results in certain variations in the colour loci of LEDs. LEDs are accordingly sorted into so-called "binnings". Uniform lighting quality requires the strict selection of components from defined binnings.
Lichtlenkung
The primary lens (1) is mounted directly on the LED chip and produces a hemispherical beam emission. As the secondary lens, the collimator (2) aligns the rays of light into a parallel beam, so that different tertiary lenses can be added. After focusing the beam, the Spherolit (3) tertiary lens then determines the light distribution.
Mounting
The smooth-surfaced, cast-aluminum housing is double powder-coated. Its form minimizes accumulation of dirt and blends in neutrally with architectural surroundings.
An extensive range of mounting accessories is shared by Beamer, Focalflood and Lightscoop. These accessories enable the optimum mounting position in all situations, wether on the building itself or in the grounds.
