'A restaurant like a theatre' - that was the vision of the architect and designer Rupert Gardner. He has made a real-experience out of food, light and ambience. The interior design of the spacious rooms uses opulent materials such as mahogany, Portuguese limestone, satin-finished glass and stainless steel.
