This central staircase spirals up over 8 stories to a height of 45m. At first glance, the staircase resembles the ramp around the Berlin Reichstag dome. But the similarities end as the staircase strives upwards far more dynamically at almost dizzying pace. Affixed to the spiral structure are Stella spotlights which direct accent lighting into the city chamber.
