In the plenary chamber, approximately 200 Stella spotlights with Vario-lenses for 150W HIT-CE metal halide lamps master the balancing act between a media-friendly, high illuminance level and visual comfort for the members of parliament. The position and direction of the spotlights, which are pendant-mounted to the ceiling structure, were decided on by the designers in advance with the help of ERCO virtual luminaires and powerful simulation software.
