m) Google services
This website uses the Google services described in more detail below, as provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

You can find the Google privacy policy as well as the terms of use and information on technologies used by Google here: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

The information generated during the use of the services may be transmitted to and stored by Google on a server in the United States.

For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, we have concluded EU standard contractual clauses with Google.

aa) Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service that uses cookies (text files stored on your computer), to enable an analysis of your use of the website and to continuously improve our services and make them more interesting.

With activation of IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address is previously abbreviated by Google within European Union member states and in other contracting countries within the European Economic Area before being transferred to a third country. This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. This enables shortened IP addresses to be processed, meaning relating these to specific persons is therefore excluded. If the data collected about you has a personal reference this is immediately excluded and the personal data is therefore immediately deleted. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of this website's operator, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our website in order to compile reports on website activity for the website operator and to provide additional services associated with website and Internet usage.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You may prevent cookies from being saved by using the appropriate settings in your browser software; nevertheless, we would like to make you aware of the fact that, in this case, you will not be able to use all of the website's functions to their full extent. In addition, you may prevent Google from recording the data created by the cookie and data related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and prevent Google from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

By clicking on the link, you can also set a so-called Analytics Opt-Out Cookie which prevents Google Analytics from collecting data when you use this website in the future.

The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

bb) Google Maps
On this website we use the offer of Google Maps. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function.

By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding sub-page of our website. The data collected during the visit to our website is also transferred. This occurs independently of whether Google provides a user account via which you are logged in or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in at Google your data is assigned directly to your account. If you wish to avoid the assignment with your profile at Google you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data in the form of usage profiles and uses it for purposes of advertising, market research and/or needs-oriented design of its website. Such evaluation is implemented (even for users who are not logged in) in particular for the provision of needs-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to contradict the creation of these user profiles; to exercise this right you must contact Google.

The legal basis for the use of Google Maps is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

cc) Google Ads
We use the services of Google Ads to draw attention to our offers with the help of advertising material on external websites. In relation to the data of the advertising campaigns, we are able determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. With this, we aim to show you advertising which is of interest for you, which makes our website more interesting for you and which achieves a fair calculation of advertising costs.

These advertising measures are supplied by Google via so-called “Ad Servers”. For this purpose we use Ad Server cookies, which can be used to measure certain parameters for success assessment such as the display of ads or clicks by users. If you access our website via a Google advertisement, Google Adwords stores a cookie on your PC. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. The unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (marking that the user no longer wishes to be addressed) are usually stored as analysis values for this cookie.

These cookies enable Google to identify your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages on an Ad customer's website and the cookie stored on his/her computer has not expired, Google and the customer may recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was forwarded to that page. Each Adwords customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be traced via the websites of Adwords customers. We ourselves do not collect or process personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. Using these evaluations, we can identify which of the advertising measures applied are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising media, and in particular we cannot identify users on the basis of this information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence on the extent and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool, and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: through the integration of Google Ads, Google receives the information that you have called up the relevant part of our website or that you clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may find out and store your IP address.

You can prevent participation in this tracking process in several ways: a) by setting your browser software accordingly, in particular by suppressing third party cookies, so that you receive no ads from third parties; b) by disabling conversion tracking cookies by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com" , https://www.google.de/settings/ads, although this setting is deleted when you delete your cookies; c) by disabling the interest-based ads of the providers that are part of the About Ads self-regulatory campaign via the link https://www.aboutads.info/choices, although this setting is deleted when you delete your cookies; or d) by permanently disabling it in your Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome browsers via the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. We hereby inform you that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this offer.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

dd) Google Remarketing
This website uses the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Remarketing analyses your user behaviour on our website (e.g. when you click on certain products) in order to classify you in certain advertising target groups and then provide you with suitable advertising messages when you visit other online offers (remarketing or retargeting).

Furthermore, the advertising target groups created with Google Remarketing can be linked with the cross-device functions of Google. In this way, interest-based, personalised advertising messages that have been adapted to you on one end device (e.g. mobile phone) according to your previous usage and surfing behaviour can also be displayed on another of your end devices (e.g. a tablet or PC).

If you have a Google account, you can object to this personalised advertising via the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/".
The use of Google Remarketing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

Further information and the data protection provisions can be found in the Google data protection declaration at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=en.

ee) YouTube videos
We have integrated YouTube videos into our online range of offers that are saved at https://www.youtube.com and that can be played directly via our website. The provider of this service is Google.

The videos are all included in “advanced privacy mode”; this means that no data about you as a user will be transmitted to YouTube if you do not play these videos. Only if you play the videos is the data specified in the paragraph below transferred. We have no influence on this transfer of data.

By visiting the website, YouTube gains the information that you called up the specific sub-page of our website. The data collected during the visit to our website is also transferred. This occurs independently of whether YouTube provides a user account via which you are logged in or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in at YouTube your data is assigned directly to your account. If you wish to avoid the assignment with your profile at YouTube you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data in the form of usage profiles and uses it for purposes of advertising, market research and/or needs-oriented design of its website. Such evaluation is implemented (even for users who are not logged in) in particular for the provision of needs-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to contradict the creation of these user profiles; to exercise this right you must contact YouTube.

The legal basis for the embedding of YouTube videos is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

o) Microsoft Advertising
If you arrived at our website via a Microsoft Advertising ad, we use Microsoft Advertising Conversion Tracking to obtain information about how many users were directed to our site through a Microsoft Advertising ad and which actions those users implemented on our site. We do this by including the Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag on our website to enable us to determine which ad or keyword you used to arrive at our site, what you did on our site, and how long you were on our site. We use this data to continuously optimise our offer and adapt it to the expectations of our visitors. Microsoft uses this data to optimise the display of ads and other services. If you have a Microsoft account, Microsoft may link the data to your account. Microsoft Inc., One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA is the provider of this analysis service. The service sets cookies on your system for the above-specified purposes.

The legal basis for the use of Microsoft Advertising is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which we obtain at the beginning of your visit to our site by means of a consent management tool via the cookie banner that is displayed. in addition

The data collected is also processed by processors and Microsoft Inc. Insofar as the data is also transferred to third countries in the process, we have concluded EU standard contractual clauses with Microsoft Inc. in order to also guarantee secure processing of your data in third countries.

The cookies are stored maximally for 1 year and 25 days. Details of how long each cookie is stored can be found in our consent management tool.

You can opt out of conversion tracking by Microsoft at any time at https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings/signedout. You can also prevent the setting of cookies or delete existing cookies via the settings of your browser.
