Axis Magical lighting effect as if from nowhere

Dramatic, scenographic lighting works best against a subdued background: In prestigious business premises as well as in darkened galleries or in a bar at night. To set accents with focused light, high illuminance levels are not needed – but light sources should be as unobtrusive as possible. Just like Axis recessed spotlights: The miniaturized light heads with a diameter of just 11/16” (17mm) and low glare LED optics offer the optimum balance of performance and discreet appearance for such applications. Interchangeable lenses with three different beam angles, clip-on filters, and accessories as well as mounting frames for one, two, or four lighting heads make Axis an unusually flexible lighting tool. Separate control gear allows control via 0-10V.

Light, not luminaires

With a diameter of just 11/16″, the Axis recessed spotlights blend almost invisibly into the ceiling. Their rotating and swiveling light heads provide precise adjustment options for stunning accent lighting. Whether in trendy restaurants, stylish lobbies, popular bars or exclusive boutique offices, Axis recessed spotlights create magical points of light and foster an unparalleled atmosphere.

Rotating and tilting

Rotate the luminaire by up to 360° and tilt the light head by up to 140°.

Axis recessed spotlight configurations: single, double, and quad arrangements for accent lighting.

Various mounting frames

Use Axis in mounting frames for 1, 2 or 4 luminaires (accessories). It is also available in the color of your choice.

Axis recessed spotlight beam angles: spot (17°), flood (32°), wide flood (47°).

3 interchangeable light distributions

Set up light with precision on site: 3 interchangeable lenses allow light distributions to be changed without tools. Options range from spot (17°) for focused lighting to wide flood (45°) for broader light cones.

Axis recessed spotlights are particularly discreet and can be installed in the ceiling. Mounting frames for one, two, or four light heads are optionally available.

What makes Axis exceptional? We meticulously select our LEDs. With exceptional longevity and color fidelity, Axis LEDs outperform standard market options. Even after 50,000 operating hours, 90% of the LEDs maintain their initial brightness (L90/B10). Also pay attention to the color accuracy of LEDs. Our eyes recognize the smallest differences in color. ERCO LEDs achieve a very low 1.5 SDCM value to ensure consistent colors throughout their lifespan. A high color rendering index of up to CRI 97 ensures that illuminated objects are reproduced with exceptional accuracy.

Attach various elements to the light head. Filters as accessories allow for the precise adjustment of light to any application. Shape light distribution with the softening lens for gentle fading or the sculpture lens for oval light cones. Enhance visual comfort with matching snoots and honeycomb louvres.

Choose the appropriate control gear for your application. For especially tight ceiling installations, compact control gear options with sizes of just 142mm x 50mm x 35mm (L/W/H) are available. This control gear is available for 1-2 or 3-7 light heads.
