Winner of the European Museum Award 2019: the museum, which originally emerged from the Swiss Postal Museum, has successfully reinvented itself. Interactive, multisensory, open and playful – descriptions used by the jurors to praise the exhibition concept, which also critically examines new technologies and methods of communication.
