Chromaticity stability

The ability of a light source to keep its chromaticity coordinates as constant as possible over time. It is crucial for the long-term visual uniformity of lighting installations, particularly in applications with demanding design requirements. In contrast to → SDCM, which describes a permissible spread between several light sources, chromaticity stability refers to the stability of a single light source over time.
