Honeycomb louvre

A shielding element with a hexagonal cell structure that evenly limits light emission in all directions. Honeycomb louvres are particularly effective at reducing direct and reflected glare by strongly restricting views into the light source at shallow beam angles. Compared to the → snoot and → cross louvre, they offer the greatest contribution to → visual comfort while having the lowest overall height.
