Tunable White

A term for lighting systems in which the light colour can be varied within a defined colour temperature range. This adjustment is usually achieved by mixing different proportions of white light and allows the spatial effect and perception to be influenced in a targeted way. Tunable White is used in areas where flexible light moods or time-dependent lighting concepts are required.
