ERCOplay at Light + Building March 03 - 08, 2024
The ERCO motto for Light + Building 2024 is ‘hands on light’.
At the new location in Hall 5.1 you can expect a fair stand that’s more of a playing field than just a shop window: you can try things out for yourself and experiment with luminaires and light on a wide range of sizes from very small to exceedingly large. ERCOplay: you’ve never experienced our light like this before
Light you can touch? We call it ERCOplay – an exclusive gangway on the first floor where you solve six fascinating lighting tasks – limited in time. Experience what is possible with light, in applications as diverse as the practice itself. That’s not all though: we also give you a sneak preview of coming innovations. And because every good game has its winners, the best participants receive a prize.
Our stand concept as a statement for durability
ERCO luminaires are particularly durable and therefore also sustainable, and we’ve also applied this standard to our stand architecture. We use materials and equipment that can be recycled or reused. This started with the floor covering: because a one-way solution was out of the question, we included the hall floor in our concept. The timber frame structure can be used multiple times. The stairs and the ERCOplay gangway also consist of reusable rental scaffolding. Printed fabrics get a second life in the form of bags. Roadcases, which are on the road for ERCO product shows all over the world, are used as presentation tables to then return to the road – a statement against throwaway mentality and for longevity.
ERCO can now be found at its new location B20 in Hall 5.1.
