AHMM transforms a basement into a lively and dynamic space for work thanks to light from ERCO
The basement of the White Collar Factory, one of London's most innovative new office complexes, was never intended to be office space. However, when plans to transform it into a restaurant fell through, the building's architects, Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM), saw this as a chance to rethink their previous concept. The 983 square-metre space with four small skylights as the only source of daylight was intelligently upgraded into a flexible creative centre for 110 AHMM employees. This was achieved thanks to a Human Centric Lighting concept implemented with an innovative lighting system from ERCO.

The LEDs in our luminaires have an extremely long service life (L90/B10). Even after 20 years of daily operation, 10 hours a day, 5 days a week, the maintenance value of illuminance is still not fallen below.
