Ethnographic Museum, Budapest

The Museum of Ethnography in Budapest invites visitors underground. The building, designed by Napur Architect, looks like a giant seesaw: 60% of the building is subterranean, whilst the two ends curve upwards to create additional space and let in natural light. This is supplemented by artificial LED light from ERCO: outside, Tesis ground-recessed luminaires emphasize the structure of the architecture and guide visitors to the entrance. Indoors, Parscan and Eclipse spotlights illuminate the exhibition areas and highlight objects with particular precision.
