The outstanding features of Light Board include a system design that has been optimised for exhibition and presentation lighting, with exchangeable characteristics for a luminous flux ranging from low to high. The compact design with striking lines contains the efficient optoelectronic components required for cost-effective lighting. The integrated control gear and cables running inside contribute to the clear stylistic features of the range. The hinge is borrowed from notebook technology to enable a soft, yet precise movement of the aluminium housing and securely align the luminaire as required. A potentiometer is provided for direct dimming. For recessed ceiling situations, Light Board is also available as recessed luminaires.

Hinge
The hinge technology used for Light Board has hidden cables and is consistent with the sturdy and precisely adjustable hinges of high-quality notebooks.

Glare control of spotlights
The black anti-glare ring available as an accessory reduces the view of the LEDs and improves the visual comfort.

Glare control of wallwashers
An anti-glare ring is also available for wallwashers. Its slanted cut facilitates the orientation: when the frame´s front edge is vertical, the luminaire is correctly adjusted to 35°.

LED technology
To ensure high efficiency and a good light quality, ERCO uses projection lenses developed and produced inhouse. A collimator, as a secondary lens, forms the interface between the LED lens on the printed circuit board and the interchangeable Spherolit lens acting as the tertiary lens.

Varychrome RGBW
The light of varychrome RGBW luminaires is produced by individually regulated warm white, red, green and blue LEDs. This ensures that LED modules operate within their prescribed temperature range, achieving rated life and output for the specified power throughout their entire operational use.

Product overview

Narrow spot
Used to accentuate small objects with high light intensity or to project over greater distances between the luminaire and the target object. Beam angle < 10°.

Product overview

Spot
This is the standard characteristic for accent lighting for objects of all kinds, especially to reveal the three-dimensional shape. Beam angle: 10°-20°.

Product overview

Flood
Used for efficient accentuation of large objects or to uniformly emphasise a complete spatial zone. Beam angle: 25°-35°.

Product overview

Wide flood
Used for flexible, flooding illumination of surface areas and spatial zones, especially useful for the presentation of goods. Beam angle > 45°.

Product overview

Oval flood
The oval flood Spherolit lens produces a wide-beam, axially symmetrical light distribution. It produces an oval beam of about 20° by 60°.

Product overview

Wallwash
The light distribution of the lens wallwasher is designed to produce very good uniformity.

Dimming on the spotlight
Spotlights can be dimmed in various ways for efficient visual comfort. The versions with electronic control gear developed by ERCO have an integrated potentiometer to adjust the luminous flux precisely and individually.

Dimming via circuit or DALI
Spotlights with potentiometer can also be operated by external trailing-edge dimmers. This makes them ideal for an energy-efficient renovation of existing lighting installations which are equipped with this widely used dimmer technology. Alternatively, spotlights are also available as DALI-compatible Light Clients.

The DALI-compatible luminaires have digital control gear which allows each luminaire to be individually addressed, for example by using the ERCO Light System DALI with integrated ERCO Light Studio software.

Heat management
ERCO places particular importance on heat management. This ensures that LED modules operate within their safe temperature range, achieving rated life and output for the specified power throughout their entire operational life.
