Recessed

A plaster trim profile is available as an accessory for flush mounting in the ceiling or wall.

Surface-mounted

Track can be easily mounted to ceilings and walls as a surface-mounted variant.

Suspensions

Track can be simply suspended from the ceiling. Wire suspensions are ideal for sloping ceilings and pendant tubes are suitable for high loads.

Gap-free mounting using connection components

The track and light structures can be connected to form straight lines with gap-free couplings or assembled to make right-angled structures with connecting parts.

Open system for luminaires from other manufacturers

Utilize our track as high quality infrastructure for your lighting design, also in combination with luminaires from other manufacturers. We provide the suitable adapters as OEM components.

ERCO track is more than a power source. The system provides a flexible infrastructure for luminaires, that can move with your changing requirements. Track are the anchor for your lighting concept and are primarily designed for mounting on ceilings or walls, whereas the flanged track is designed for suspended ceilings. Individual track lengths can be connected with each other so as to form rectangular and other shapes.

Track planning aids

Different mounting options

The system design of the track and light structures allows for different mounting options: recessed or surface-mounted, with flanges for ceiling panels, and suspension using cables or pendant tubes.

Focus on mounting and accessories

ERCO’s differentiated product range has stood the test even in special situations – from planning complex light structures to meeting high load requirements.

The earth conductor in ERCO track systems is set in the lower profile edge. When selecting live end, L- and T-connectors, it must be ensured that the continuous line is not interrupted.
The position of the earth conductor is established by the orientation of the track system.

Gapless mounting with connectors

The track and light structures can be connected in straight lines using gapless couplers or mounted at right angles with connectors. When planning the track system, all track and connectors are initially outlined in top view without earth conductors. Starting with a T-connector, the earth conductors are then sketched as a through connection. The above definitions of earth conductor left/right will help to compile a list of required connectors for ordering. The drawing on the right illustrates an overview of article numbers.

Mechanical information

Horizontal ceiling mounting:
All luminaires that are approved for the ERCO track system can be used.

Horizontal mounting on walls:
Only luminaires weighing up to a maximum of 2kg may be used.

Vertical mounting on walls:
The guiding groove on the track profile must be facing to the right.
