We are thrilled to announce the wonderful Simon Hamilton will be part of the panel for our Light & Colour Event.
Simon Hamilton is an Interior Designer, Lecturer, Mentor and Consultant. During his wide-ranging career spanning more than three decades, Simon also specialized in design recruitment across the UK, Europe and Asia.
Simon is a Visiting Lecturer for The University of Plymouth and The Interior Design School, London. He champions the creative industry as a Design Museum Patron and he recently became an Associate Lecturer at the Royal College of Art.
As a way of sharing his knowledge and expertise further, Simon provides valuable mentoring and career advice for the charity United In Design, and a variety of clients through his Design Career Consultancy, which was set up in 2019. For 4 years, Simon was International Director for the British Institute of Interior Design and he now serves on their Diversity & Inclusion Committee to help address the lack of representation within interior design. In addition to being a judge for several design awards including Dezeen, International Property Awards and DNA Paris Design, Simon continues to create bespoke interior projects for commercial and residential clients across the UK and Europe.
He will be talking all things Light & Colour and answering any design questions you may have.

Karen Haller FRSA, is the leading global expert in the field of Behavioural Design & Colour Psychology. She helps businesses and design professionals to use colour and design to improve well-being, support mental health and create positive change in the world.
Karen consults and collaborates with companies looking for innovative solutions to social problems who seek new ways of improving the human experience in balance with nature. Her clients have included Rockfon, Samsung, Dove, M&S, Salt of the Earth, Huawei and Fiat.
She has also helped hundreds of design professionals around the world to deepen their knowledge of colour through her sought-after colour and design psychology courses.
Karen is the bestselling author of The Little Book of Colour, translated to date in 14 languages and a contributing author for the Colour Design Theories and Applications as well as being an in-demand media commentator and international speaker.
Her mission is to raise awareness of how colour can transform our lives, allowing us to connect back to our authentic self, as a person a brand or the spaces where we live and work.
